The 15-min intro call
This is a short, free conversation so we can both decide if there is a fit. I will ask what you run, where the pressure is, and what you have already tried.
The process
A simple route from first conversation to serious 1:1 operator support, only if the fit is right on both sides.
Capacity
I keep the number small because this is not a content library or a membership. I need to know the owner, the team, the numbers, and the pressure points well enough to be useful.
FAQ
A few plain answers before you book the intro call.
Most owners need a weekly call, a small amount of prep, and the discipline to act on the decisions between calls. It is not designed to become another full-time job.
It depends on the business and the size of the problems being tackled. The first step is always the free intro call, then a deeper strategy session if there is a useful reason to continue.
The first focus is plumbing and heating, because that is where Shaun is still operating every week. The model may expand to other trades when the fit is right.
Most support can happen remotely by calls and WhatsApp. If something needs a different format, that can be discussed after the intro call.
Then we say so. The intro call is there to avoid forcing the wrong relationship. A clear no is better than months of frustration.
This is not a done-for-you agency, a group community, or a course portal. The work is 1:1 support for owners who are ready to make operational changes.
Because the support needs to stay close enough to be useful. If I cannot properly understand the businesses I am helping, the work becomes generic, and that is what this is designed to avoid.
